From first conversation to final install.
A simple, straightforward way of working. Clear at each step, easy to coordinate with, and built so the cabinetry that gets installed matches what we agreed to build.

Review Drawings or Site Conditions
We review available drawings, elevations, appliance specs, inspiration photos, and site conditions to understand the project. Site visits, field measurements, and final details are coordinated as needed based on the project.

Proposal
We provide a written proposal based on the available scope, materials, finish, and installation requirements. Fabrication and delivery/installation are listed separately so the proposal is easy to read.

Project Approval
Once the project is approved, we move into the final details needed before fabrication begins.

Final Details
Final dimensions, materials, hardware, and finish direction are reviewed and confirmed before fabrication starts. Lead time runs from final shop drawing approval, not from deposit. The goal is no surprises later.

Fabrication & Finishing
Cabinetry and millwork are built and finished in our Chicago shop.

Delivery & Installation
Finished pieces are delivered and installed with coordination around the project schedule and other trades on site.
