Bathroom Vanities

Custom Bathroom Vanities in Chicago

A bathroom vanity has to fit a lot of constraints — plumbing, stone, faucet rough-ins, mirror height, lighting. We build around all of them so the finished piece looks like it was always supposed to be there.

What we build

  • Primary bath vanities with single or double sinks
  • Powder room vanities — floating and floor-standing
  • Painted and stained, shaker to flat-panel to fluted
  • Integrated outlet inside the cabinet
  • Built-in linen towers and side storage
  • Medicine cabinet surrounds and mirror frames
  • Secondary and guest bath vanities

What to send us to get started

  • Bathroom dimensions and plumbing locations
  • Countertop material and thickness preference
  • Faucet model and rough-in dimensions
  • Mirror or medicine cabinet preference
  • Finish direction

We can review cabinet-related details with your plumber and stone contractor so rough-ins, counter thickness, and drain locations are considered before fabrication.

Common questions

Can you size the vanity to my exact bathroom?
Yes. Custom means it fits your bathroom — not a stock size trimmed to fit. We build around your plumbing layout, your counter overhang, and whatever constraints the room has.
Do you coordinate with the countertop and stone contractor?
We can provide cut sheets and template dimensions to your stone fabricator. We are used to working alongside other trades and can communicate directly with your contractor or fabricator if that makes the process easier.
What door styles and finishes are available?
Any style we build elsewhere — shaker, flat-panel, fluted, inset, overlay. Painted or stained to whatever spec you have. We can match the vanity to the bathroom's design direction, or coordinate with a kitchen renovation if both are happening at the same time.
Can you add a hidden outlet inside the vanity?
Yes. A hidden outlet inside the vanity for hair dryers, shavers, or other devices is a common request and easy to incorporate at the rough-in stage.
Do you build floating vanities?
Yes. Floating vanities require blocking in the wall at the correct height during rough framing. If you are at a point in the renovation where blocking can still be added, we coordinate that spec with your GC.
Do you handle installation?
Yes. Installation is handled by New Era or by installers working directly with us.
